These terms govern the purchase of tickets to, and attendance at, Benny Page & Doktor — Sydney (the "Event"), held on Friday 25 September 2026 at Kings Cross Hotel, 244–248 William Street, Potts Point NSW 2011. The Event is presented by Pat Ordenes (ABN 54 198 566 259) ("we", "us", "the Promoter"). By buying a ticket or attending the Event, you agree to these terms.
01 Tickets and pricing
- All tickets are sold in Australian dollars (AUD) through our official ticketing page. Tickets bought anywhere else may not be valid.
- Tickets are released in stages (First, Second and Third Release). Prices rise as each release sells out. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
- Your order is confirmed once payment is processed and you receive a confirmation email with your ticket. Keep that email — you'll need it to get in.
- We recommend buying only from our official page. We can't guarantee or support tickets bought from third parties or resellers.

02 Refunds, exchanges & transfers
All sales are final and tickets are non-refundable — including for change of mind, double-booking, or simply being unable to attend.
Tickets are transferable. If your plans change, you're welcome to pass your ticket to someone else. We can change the name on a ticket up to 48 hours before the Event — just email us at info@bennypage.au with your order details and the new attendee's name.
Nothing in this section takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the Event is cancelled, rescheduled or materially changed, the rules in clauses 07 and 10 apply instead.
03 Resale
- Tickets must not be resold for more than you paid (including any booking fees). Under NSW law, event tickets generally may not be resold for more than 10% above the original supply cost.
- Tickets advertised or sold in breach of these terms, or in a misleading way, may be cancelled without refund.
- We are not responsible for tickets bought through unauthorised resale, and those tickets may be invalid.
04 Entry & age
- This is a strictly over-18s event. You must bring valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver licence or passport). No ID, no entry, no refund.
- Entry is subject to the conditions of entry of Kings Cross Hotel and the directions of venue staff and security.
- We and the venue may refuse entry to, or remove, any person who is intoxicated or behaving in a threatening, disorderly or unlawful way, or who breaches venue policy — without refund.
- Doors open at 9pm. Arriving late doesn't entitle you to a refund, and re-entry is at the venue's discretion.
05 Health, safety & searches
- Bag checks and searches may be carried out as a condition of entry.
- Prohibited items — including illegal substances, weapons, glass and outside alcohol — are not permitted. Anyone found with them may be refused entry or removed without refund, and reported to police.
- The Event features loud music and lighting effects. Please attend at your own discretion.
06 Line-up & event changes
The advertised line-up (including support acts Foreigndub DJs, Chris Munky and Thierry D) and set times are a guide and may change without notice. A change to the support line-up or running order is not grounds for a refund. We'll make reasonable efforts to let you know about significant changes.
07 If we cancel or reschedule
- If we cancel the Event, you'll be entitled to a refund of your ticket's face value. Except for your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, that refund is the limit of our responsibility for a cancelled event.
- If we reschedule the Event, your ticket stays valid for the new date. If you can't make the new date, email us at info@bennypage.au and we'll deal with your request reasonably and in line with your consumer rights.
08 Filming & photography
The Event may be photographed, filmed or recorded. By attending, you consent to your image being captured and used by us to promote this and future events, without payment. Professional recording equipment may be restricted at the venue's discretion.
09 Privacy
- We collect the details you provide when buying a ticket (such as your name and email) to process your order, contact you about the Event, and — where you've opted in — send you marketing.
- Our website uses analytics and advertising tools, including the Meta pixel and Microsoft Clarity, to measure and improve our advertising. You can control ad tracking through your device and browser settings.

10 Liability
- Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from your attendance, except where it's caused by our negligence or where liability can't be excluded by law.
- You attend the Event and the venue at your own risk and must follow all venue safety directions.
11 General
- These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
- If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
- We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to you is the one published on this page when you buy your ticket.
